The beach is one of my favorite places. Beside swimming and running, the beach offers a bunch of different places to workout as well. These are my top 3 beach exercises.
The pistol Squat.
The pistol squat is one of my favorite exercises, it’s a great way to test both strength and balance.
The L sit
The L sit is a great exercise, it forces you to use all your core muscle. the only way to get better is to keep practicing. and the great thing about it it can be done almost anywhere.
The beach is almost one of the best place to practice handstands, if you fall its never a hard landing. and once you master handstands in the sand a hard surface will become a lot easier.
